Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in any subject awarded or recognized by any of the Universities in Kerala.
Age Limit
- Candidates born between 02/01/1989 and 01/01/2007 (both dates inclusive) are eligible to apply.
- Age relaxation will be applicable as per government rules.

Selection Process
- The selection will be based on a Translation Test and an Interview.
- Translation Test: 50 marks
- Interview: 10 marks
- Test Duration: 2 hours
- Syllabus: Translation of English passages into Malayalam and vice versa; translation of English legal terms and words into Malayalam and vice versa.
- Minimum Qualifying Marks: 20 marks in the Translation Test.
- If the number of qualified candidates is high, the High Court may shortlist candidates based on the number of vacancies available.

- Candidates must complete One Time Registration (OTR) through the link hckrecruitment.keralacourts.in before applying.
- Read the official notification and “How to Apply” instructions carefully before submitting the application.
- Keep ready scanned copies of a passport-size photograph, signature, and educational documents.
- After logging in, fill in the required details under the “My Profile” section.
- Click on “Apply Now” and verify all details before final submission. Once submitted, no changes can be made.
- Pay the application fee online or offline:
- For offline payment, download the challan from the website and complete payment within the given timeline.
- Retain a copy of the paid challan for future reference.
- Applications without fee payment will be considered incomplete.
- Keep a soft or hard copy of the submitted application for reference. There is no need to send the printout or any documents to the High Court.
