Eligibility Criteria
Superintendent (Residential Post):
Postgraduate degree in Social Work, Sociology, Child Development, Human Rights, Public Administration, Psychology, Psychiatry, Law, Public Health, or Community Resource Management from a recognized university.
Office Incharge (Warden):
Graduate (preferably in Sociology, Psychology, or Social Work).
Experience in managing an institution will be preferred.
Child Welfare Officer:
Graduate, preferably in Social Work, Sociology, Social Sciences, or LLB from a recognized university.
Storekeeper-cum-Accountant:
Graduate in Commerce with computer proficiency and a typing speed of 35 WPM in English.
Resident Superintendent (Residential Post):
Women candidates with a Master’s degree in Law, Social Work, Sociology, Social Science, or Psychology, with at least 5 years of experience in relevant fields and 1 year of counselling experience preferred.
Office Assistant:
Graduate with at least 3 years of experience in office work and computer operations, preferably with government or NGO projects.
Resident Manager (Residential Post):
Postgraduate degree (preferably in Sociology, Psychology, Social Work, Anthropology, Accounts, or Economics) with experience in managing an institution preferred.
Organizing Secretary-cum-Administrative Officer:
Graduate with 5 years of administrative experience in Financial Management or Administration.
