Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce or any stream from a recognized University
- Minimum 6 months computer diploma/certificate from a recognized institute
- Proficiency in MS-Office and Internet is required
Desirable Skills
- Office Assistant: English typing speed 35 wpm and experience in higher educational institutions
- Junior Assistant: Experience in higher educational institutions

Phase II: Written Examination
- 100 marks total (English, Precis, Office Procedure, GK)

Phase III: Computer Test & Interaction
- Computer Practical: 50 marks
- Academic Credentials: 50 marks
Final merit prepared based on Phase II + Phase III.
