Eligibility Criteria for AAU Recruitment 2025
Educational Qualification
• Deputy Project Director: Post Graduate in Agriculture or Allied Sector with minimum 5 years experience in managerial or supervisory capacity. Candidates working as Block Technology Manager with 5 years experience are also eligible
• Accountant cum Clerk: B.Com with minimum 3 years experience in accountancy in a reputed organization
• Computer Programmer: B.Tech in Computer Science with 1 year experience or MCA with 2 years experience
• Block Technology Manager: Post Graduate in Agriculture or Allied Sector with computer skills or Agriculture Graduate with minimum 5 years experience as Assistant Technology Manager and at least 2 years field experience
• Assistant Technology Manager: Graduate or Post Graduate in Agriculture or Allied Sector with minimum 1 year experience in agriculture related activities
• Candidates must possess required qualification and experience as on the date of application submission
Age Limit as on 01 January 2025
• Minimum Age: 21 years for all posts
• Maximum Age:
– 40 years for Deputy Project Director, Accountant cum Clerk and Computer Programmer
– 45 years for Block Technology Manager and Assistant Technology Manager
• Age will be calculated based on HSLC or Matriculation certificate
Salary Details
• Deputy Project Director: ₹52,000 per month

• Remuneration will be paid as a fixed monthly consolidated amount

Selection Process
• Selection will be based on an OMR based written examination
• Examination will be conducted zone-wise at Guwahati, Tezpur, Jorhat, Silchar and Bongaigaon
• Exam pattern:
– Objective type questions
– Total questions: 100
– Total marks: 100
– Duration: 3 hours
– No negative marking
• Candidates qualifying the written test will be called for document verification
• Final selection will be purely merit-based
General Instructions
• Appointment is purely on contractual basis for an initial period of 11 months
• Contract may be extended based on performance and project requirements
• No claim for regular or permanent appointment will be entertained
• Candidates can apply for only one post as examinations will be held simultaneously
• No TA or DA will be paid for attending the examination
• Selected candidates must execute a contract agreement on non-judicial stamp paper
