Post Details and Number of Vacancies
The recruitment covers Technician on Contract, Supervisor on Contract and Draftsman Supervisor posts. Reservations for UR, EWS, OBC, SC and ST categories will be followed as per Government norms.
Educational Qualification and Experience
For Technician posts, candidates must possess an ITI certificate in relevant trades such as Machinist, Turner, Grinding, Fitter or Welder with a minimum of 60 percent marks. Depending on the post, candidates should have three to five years of relevant industrial experience. Certification courses in CNC operation, CMM operation or welding will be considered an added advantage for certain roles.
For Supervisor posts, a Diploma in Mechanical, Production or Electrical Engineering with at least 60 percent marks is mandatory along with five years of hands-on experience in CNC programming or machine maintenance.
For the Draftsman Supervisor role, candidates must hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with experience in 3D modelling, drafting software and a strong understanding of engineering drawings, tolerances and GD&T.
Apprenticeship training in the relevant field, up to a maximum of one year, will also be treated as valid experience.
Age Limit and Relaxation
The maximum age limit for unreserved category candidates is 35 years as on 31 December 2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per Government rules, with additional years provided for OBC, SC, ST, PwBD and eligible Jammu and Kashmir domicile candidates.
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration. Technicians will be paid starting from ₹30,000 per month, which may increase annually up to ₹36,000. Supervisors will receive a higher pay starting at ₹35,000 per month, increasing up to ₹41,000 based on tenure.
In addition to salary, candidates will be eligible for medical insurance reimbursement, provident fund contributions, paid leave and TA/DA while on official duty.
Selection Process
The selection process will be merit-based. Candidates will be shortlisted in a 1:4 ratio based on marks obtained in ITI or Diploma qualifications, category-wise. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification followed by a written test and trade or skill test along with viva voce at Hyderabad.
The final merit list will be prepared by combining qualification marks, written test scores and performance in the skill test and interview.
