Educational Qualification
Candidates must have passed HSLC or an equivalent examination from a recognized board or council.
Age Limit
Minimum age is 18 years, and maximum age is 40 years as of 01 January 2026. Age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC/MOBC, and ex-servicemen as per Assam government rules.
Salary Details
Pay Scale
₹14,000 to ₹70,000 per month under Pay Band–2 with Grade Pay of ₹5,200 along with other admissible allowances.
Selection Process
Recruitment Stages
Selection will be done through a Physical Efficiency Test and Medical Examination, followed by a Physical Standard Test, Written Examination, and Oral/Viva Voce. NCC certificate holders will get additional weightage as per rules.
