Eligibility Criteria for HPSC Manager Recruitment 2026
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Master of Business Administration degree along with five years of experience in a Government Department, Public Sector Undertaking, or a reputed commercial organization on a post carrying a pay scale not below that of a Class-II post. Knowledge of Hindi or Sanskrit up to Matriculation or at 10+2, Bachelor’s or Master’s level with Hindi as a subject is mandatory.
Experience Requirement
A minimum of five years of relevant experience is essential as specified in the eligibility conditions.
Nationality
Applicants must be Indian citizens. Candidates from Nepal, Bhutan, Tibetan refugees who entered India before 01 January 1962, or persons of Indian origin migrated from notified countries may apply subject to eligibility certification.
Reservation Rules
Reservation benefits are applicable only to eligible SC, ST, BC-A, BC-B, EWS and PwBD candidates who are permanent residents of Haryana as per state government rules.

PwBD candidates of Haryana are exempted from payment. SC, ST, BC-A, BC-B, EWS, Ex-servicemen and women candidates of Haryana are required to pay ₹250. DESM candidates of Haryana belonging to unreserved category must pay ₹1000. All other candidates are required to pay ₹1000. The application fee must be paid online only through net banking, debit card or credit card. Fees once paid are non-refundable.
