Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a Degree in Engineering with 65% marks (average of all semesters) in any of the following seven disciplines:
Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, and Metallurgy.
Age Limit (as on 05-12-2025)
- Maximum Age Limit: 28 Years (Born not earlier than 05 December 1997).
- Departmental Candidates: Upper age limit 45 years (irrespective of category).
- Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.
Salary Structure
- Basic Pay: ₹50,000 per month in the pay scale ₹50,000–₹1,60,000.
- After successful completion of one year of training, candidates will be designated as Assistant Manager (E1 Grade) with a pay scale of ₹60,000–₹1,80,000.
- Other benefits include Dearness Allowance, PF, Gratuity, Perquisites, Leave Encashment, Housing/HRA, and Medical Facilities.
- CTC: Approximately ₹16–17 lakhs per annum (excluding PRP and location allowances).

Selection Process
Stage 1: Online Examination (CBT)
- Total Marks: 200
- Part I – Domain Knowledge Test: 100 Marks, 40 Minutes
- Part II – Aptitude Test: 100 Marks, 80 Minutes (Quantitative Aptitude, English, Reasoning, General Awareness – 25 marks each)
Qualifying Marks:
- UR/EWS: Minimum 50 percentile in each part
- SC/ST/OBC(NCL)/PwBD: Minimum 40 percentile in each part
Stage 2: Group Discussion and Interview
- Shortlisted candidates (in a 1:3 ratio) will be called for Group Discussion and Interview.
- Weightage:
- CBT: 75%
- Group Discussion: 10%
- Interview: 15%
Final Merit: Prepared based on combined scores.
In case of a tie, preference will be given to higher CBT marks, then higher qualifying degree marks.
